In order to provide the Service, we may process data that you or your Authorized Users submit, connect, or generate, including:
Reviews and ratings from third-party review platforms (e.g., Google, Yelp)
Conversation logs from AI-assisted chat, SMS, or email messages
Knowledge base content you upload
Chat widget messages from your website visitors

You retain ownership of all Client Data.
Aura Tech acts as a service provider / processor with respect to Client Data.

Since Aura Tech typically processes your customer data on your behalf, requests from your customers (data subjects) must be handled by you directly, and we will provide support as required by law or our DPA.
