Knowledge base content you upload

You retain ownership of all Client Data.

Aura Tech acts as a service provider / processor with respect to Client Data.

You control which third-party accounts connect to your Aura Tech Account.

We do NOT use identifiable Client Data to train public models.
We only use de-identified or aggregated data for internal model improvement unless you opt out (if applicable).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding Personal Data we process on your behalf, such as:

Since Aura Tech typically processes your customer data on your behalf, requests from your customers (data subjects) must be handled by you directly, and we will provide support as required by law or our DPA.
